"I had them replace 2 solar attic fans that were no longer working. They handled the purchasing of the quiet cool solar attic fans and delivered them to my house. I think they were installed fine, but during the replacement, the installer dropped a hammer through the attic and it smashed into a recessed light in my house. He did replace it, but I have dirty handprints all over the ceiling, what looks to be a drill hole next to the light, and the light itself is hanging about 1/2 inch off the sheetrock. By the time he replaced it, it was late and I had to pick up my kids and was too frustrated to complain. It just seemed like careless work to replace it. I will have to have someone else repair and clean up the work."
