They cleaned up before catching the rats! It's been a year and the rats are still lodging. They have taken 3 weeks to come collect a carcass in a trap they set. Smelly home, extremely disappointing service. One year later and the warranty is not holding up! We are out almost $2000 for an incomplete service. We have had multiple workmen come and try to rodent proof to no avail!
